Foods from the Past: Salmon Over Salad

Last year, fish topped with pesto was a staple of mine.  I know that makes me quite an abnormal college student, but I loved (and still do!) salmon and trout broiled or baked with a nice smear of pesto on top.  So here is a dinner I made for myself and some friends of pan-seared and baked salmon with pesto served over a slaw-like salad with cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, onions, and a citrus dressing.Graphic
